Picon Cocktail

1/2 Amer Picon, 1/2 French Vermouth
Picon Cocktail
I used Torani Amer (in Cocktail DB). It is a very syrupy drink and just not my style for a cocktail base. I can't imagine Amer Picon is that much different.
